Nixon Studio Rental Privacy Agreement

At Nixon Studio Rental, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Agreement outlines what information we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to keep it secure. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
This Privacy Agreement complies with Massachusetts privacy law, namely the Massachusetts Data Security Regulations (201 CMR 17.00).

When you use our studios or services, we may collect personal information such as:
Name, phone number, and email address.
Payment details for booking services.
Photos, videos, or other media created during your session.
Feedback or communication with us.

Share media internally for editing or quality improvement (when applicable).
Post or publish photos/videos with your permission or your photographer’s consent.

Confidential Information includes non-public details like your name, contact information, or any unique ideas shared with us. Both you and Nixon Studio Rental agree:
To keep Confidential Information private.
Not to share or use it without permission, unless required by law.
Confidential Information does not include:
Information already known or publicly available.
Information independently created without access to shared details.
Information shared with others without confidentiality restrictions.
4. Media Sharing and Use
Photos and videos created during your session may be shared internally among the lighting designer, photographer, and studio owner to complete or improve your final results. These materials may also be shared publicly (e.g., online or in marketing materials), but only with:
Your consent or agreement with the photographer.
An opportunity for you to opt out of certain uses.
5. Third-Party Partnerships
We partner with third-party vendors to provide certain services, like print galleries or online stores. These vendors may collect additional information or have their own policies. Please review their terms here:

6. How We Protect Your Information
We implement safeguards as required by the Massachusetts Data Security Regulations (201 CMR 17.00) and other federal laws to protect your personal data, including:

While we work together and for three years after, we both promise not to share or use each other’s private information without permission. Each of us will do our best to keep the other’s information safe, just like we protect our own. Only people who absolutely need to know, like employees or helpers, will see it—and they’ll have to follow these same rules. This agreement stays in place even if we stop working together.
